Customize Account Alerts

Set up account alerts that you can receive via email, secure messaging, phone or text. It’s a great way to ensure that you don’t miss a bill payment, a money transfer, or any important financial transaction.

You can also choose to customize your alerts specifically for each account. Sign in to Online Banking and set up the alerts that will be most helpful to you.


User Management Tool

Delegate and manage your online banking users by assigning specific rights or requiring approval. These rights control what each user can do in mobile banking. 

The rights, features, and accounts assigned to the Business user you create are driven by your business needs, structure, number of owners, and number of employees.

Fast and Easy Deposits

Mobile deposit is a convenient way to get checks to the bank faster. You can use a tablet or smartphone to deposit a check into your bank account. You can also access and print copes of deposited checks.


Switching to E-Statements

Save a Tree, Avoid the Fee

Enroll in E-Statements and view your statements online. Here's how:

1. Upon successful enrollment in online banking, select Settings from the drop-down menu, then select Statement Delivery.

2. Click the edit button. 🖊️



3. Select E-Statement from the Delivery Type drop-down menu, accept the E-Statement Delivery Agreement, then click Save. Statements are available in PDF format, and you will need to verify you have the ability to view PDF documents.


Once enrolled in E-Statements, you can view your bank statements any time with one easy step. Here's how:

How long should I keep my check after mobile depositing?
It would be best to keep the check at least 7 business days.
Can I deposit checks on my desktop computer?
No, our mobile deposit app is only suitable for mobile devices such as cellphones and tablets.
Is there a check limit for mobile deposit?
There is a deposit limit of $2,500 for personal and business accounts. 
How should I endorse my checks for mobile deposit?
Sign it how you usually would, and underneath the signature, write “for mobile deposit only at FBM.”
How do I access my past statements?
To view statements, select Transactions, then, Statements. Statements are available in PDF format, and you will need to verify you have the ability to view PDF documents.
How do I download my transaction history?
Once you have chosen which account you want to export the transaction history, click the down arrow that appears to the right of “Details.”
How do I connect an external account?

Once you have had an account with Flagship for 90 days, you gain the ability to connect an account at a different institution to your Flagship online banking. You must be a signer on the linked account, as you can move funds both to and from this account.

  1. Go to Services > Add External account and input the account number, account type, and routing number to add the account.
  2. After you submit this information, a Flagship representative will contact you via email or phone to verify the information and send a small test deposit to the account to be linked.
  3. Once you receive these small test deposits, go back into your Flagship online banking to Services > Verify External Account.
  4. Once the account has been linked, the external account will appear as an option to transfer funds between accounts.
How do I enable face recognition / biometrics to login?
On your Flagship Bank App, there is an option to register “Face ID” on the main screen. Alternatively, you can also set up a passcode for an added layer of protection!
How do I transfer funds between accounts?
  1. Go to Transactions > Funds Transfer
  2. You will be able to choose the accounts involved in the transfer, the dollar amount, the frequency of the transfer, and the desired date of the transfer.
How do I set up customizable alerts?
  1. Go to Settings > Alerts > New Alert
  2. You will be able to choose from a variety of customizable alerts. For example, you may get an email, voice message, text message, push notification, or secure message when:
    • Your account gets above or below a certain dollar amount
    • Your account has a debit or credit transaction when a certain check number hits your account, or a transaction with a certain key phrase in the description hits your account
    • You can even set up an alert for an important birthday, anniversary, or appointment. You can select a date for a reminder to be sent to you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once the triggering event has occurred, the alert will be sent to you the next morning at 7:00 AM CST.
