Combine this with the 24,000+ surcharge free ATM’s in our MoneyPass Network, banking is an on-demand service.

  • Deposit Check
    Deposit a check directly into your account using our new app by simply taking a picture of the front and back of your check.
  • Transfer Funds to Another Flagship Bank Customer
  • Easily transfer one-time, future, or recurring transfers to another Flagship Bank customer
  • Bill Payment
    Bill payment is free for consumers with unlimited payments each month. Additional fees will be deducted from your checking account the day they are incurred (stop payments, NSF fees, expedited payments, etc.). Bill payment also includes person to person payments to individuals outside of the bank. Just enter their name, their email address and  phone number to get a payment to them conveniently. 
    Sign up for bill payment through Flagship Bank Online by logging into online banking and clicking Payments/Transfers, then Pay My Bills and complete the enrollment process.
  • Send Secure Messages
    Send messages and upload documents to Flagship Bank safely and securely.
  • Receive statements and notices electronically
    Receive email alerts when statements and notices are ready. 
  • Text Banking*
    Enroll in text banking through Flagship Bank Online to begin banking via SMS messages. 

Send the following commands to 86434:

  • BAL – current balance for all enabled accounts
  • BAL <account nickname> – current balance for specified account
  • HIST <account nickname> – recent history for specified account
  • XFER <from account nickname><to account nickname><amount> – transfer amount indicated from first account specified to second account specified
  • LIST – list of text banking commands
  • HELP – list of contacts for text banking information
  • STOP – disable text banking

*The Flagship Bank Minnesota Mobile Banking app is free to download. Your mobile carrier may charge access fees depending upon your individual plan. Web access is needed to use the Mobile App. Check with your carrier for specific fees and charges. Account transaction limits and fees apply. Message and data rates may apply. 

  • Connect to Quicken® and QuickBooks®
    With Flagship Bank Online, you can connect to Quicken® and QuickBooks® software.
