General Questions

Question:      What should I know about Flagship Bank Minnesota?


Since its charter in 1875, Flagship Bank Minnesota has focused on serving the unique financial needs of Minnesota consumers, professionals, nonprofit organizations, and business owners, which has given us an insight into our communities that other banks simply cannot match.

Question:      When is the merger between Landmark and Flagship Bank Minnesota taking place?


The merger will occur over the weekend of October 1-2, beginning after the close of business on Friday, September 30, 2016. All Landmark branches will reopen the following Monday, October 3, as Flagship Bank Minnesota branches. The former Landmark branches will not be open on Saturday, October 1.

Question:      How many branches will there be after the merger of Landmark and Flagship Bank Minnesota?


There will be five convenient locations to serve your banking needs:

  • Eden Prairie Office:    7525 Office Ridge Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344
  • North Oaks Office:      1048 Meadowlands Drive, White Bear Twp, MN 55127
  • Ramsey Office:           14150 St. Francis Blvd NW, Ramsey, MN 55303
  • Wayzata Office:          1415 Wayzata Blvd E, Wayzata, MN 55391

Question:      Will my account number stay the same?


Yes, your account numbers for any checking, savings, money market, and CD will remain the same after the merger.

Question:      Will there be any changes to my deposit accounts?


In most cases, you will not see any changes to your accounts. Landmark accounts will transition to Flagship Bank Minnesota accounts that are identical or very similar. Rates and terms on certificate of deposits will remain the same. We encourage you to stop in at your local branch to review the new products available to you and all the options Flagship has to offer.

Question:      Will there be changes to my loans?


In most cases, all terms related to your loans will remain the same.

Question:      What is the routing number for Flagship Bank Minnesota?


Flagship Bank Minnesota’s routing number is 091907882

Question:      Can I still use my Landmark checks after the merger?


Yes, you can. Flagship Bank Minnesota’s information will appear when you reorder your checks following the merger. For more information, please feel free to ask your local branch representative.

Question:      Will my automatic transfers, loan payments, and direct deposits continue to work after the merger?


This one has a mixed answer. Please read all the way through. Your direct deposits will continue to go directly into your account. Automatic payments that were set up using the routing number and account number (ACH) will continue to work. However, payments set up using your debit card will need to be updated with your new debit card information you will be receiving. More information about debit cards is below.

Question:      Will any of the phone numbers for Landmark or Flagship Bank Minnesota change?


All branch and employee direct numbers will remain the same. Telephone banking will be discontinued after the merger. Please find more details in the Telephone Banking FAQ section.

Question:      Will branch hours change?


No, the branch hours will remain the same.

Question:      How will the merger affect account statements?


All checking and savings accounts currently held by Landmark will receive a final statement as of September 30, 2016. Your normal statement cycle will return after the completion of the merger.

Question:      Will I still see the same great faces after the merger?


Yes, you can look forward to seeing the same great faces and personalities after the merger.

Debit Card Questions

Question:      Will I be receiving new Flagship Bank Minnesota debit cards?


Yes, you will. All Landmark customers who currently have active debit cards (activity in the past 12 months) will receive a new Flagship Bank Minnesota debit card during the week of September 26, 2016. Please activity your card as soon as possible.

Question:      Will my new Flagship Bank Minnesota debit card have the same PIN Number as my old Landmark debit card?


Your PIN number will change. The new PIN number is mailed separately from your debit card and should arrive 2-3 days after you receive your card.  This PIN number is needed when you call to activate your new Flagship Bank Minnesota debit card.  You can activate your card and change your PIN number on the same phone call.  PLEASE NOTE SOME PIN MAILERS WERE DELAYED BY OUR VENDOR. PLEASE CALL OR USE THE CONTACT US SECTION AT THE BANK IF YOU WOULD LIKE IMMEDIATE PIN SUPPORT.

Question:      When will my new Flagship Bank Minnesota debit card start working?


Your new Flagship Bank Minnesota debit card will start working at 9:00 a.m. on October 3, 2016. Landmark debit cards will no longer work as of 5:00 p.m. on September 30, 2016. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience with our transition.

Question:      Will my debit card still have access to 24,000+ free ATMs on the MoneyPass Network?


Yes, Flagship Bank Minnesota is a part of the MoneyPass Network, that provides no-fee ATM access to over 24,000+ ATMs in the United States and Puerto Rico. Find your local no-fee ATM by going to the website or downloading the free MoneyPass ATM Locator mobile application. 

Digital Banking Questions

Question:      Can I still use for my online banking?


No, the old website will be automatically redirected to starting on October 1, 2016.

Question:      How will the merger affect online banking?


Landmark’s online banking will remain active until its normal cutoff time at 6:00 p.m. on September 30, 2016. You will need to enroll in Flagship Bank’s online banking @ www.flagshipbanks.comEnrollment is now available!  Balances will be available at or before noon on Sunday, October 2, 2016.  Please contact us for assistance with early enrollment.

Please note if your Landmark account had an overdraft protection line of credit connected to it, the online banking currently is not showing this availability. Please contact your local branch and we will replace the overdraft line of credit with a new one that will be available for viewing on the online banking system. It requires a new line of credit agreement to be signed and can be completed within 20-30 minutes.

Question:      Does Flagship Bank Minnesota have mobile banking?


Yes, Flagship Bank Minnesota has a mobile banking application for iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. The mobile experience is consistent with Flagship Bank’s online banking experience making it easy to navigate. Please see for more information.

Question:      Does Flagship Bank Minnesota have mobile deposit?


Yes, Flagship Bank Minnesota has mobile deposit capabilities through its mobile banking application. If you have any questions, please ask a personal banker at your local branch.

Question:      Will I need to reset the recurring/automatic transfers I have set up on Landmark’s online banking on Flagship Bank Minnesota’s online banking?


Yes. All recurring/automatic transfers will not be converted to Flagship Bank Minnesota’s online banking system.

Telephone Banking Questions

Question:      Can I still use 763-444-BANK (2265) for my telephone banking?


No. Unfortunately, Flagship Bank Minnesota does not offer telephone banking to its customers. We do have friendly branch bankers who enjoy the opportunity to answer your questions and/or take care of your needs. We also offer a consistent services in both online and mobile banking for our customers to handle their inquiries and transactions.
