Personal Trusts

A Corporate Trust Department will provide the expertise necessary to administer your trust objectively and efficiently. Often times, family or friends are named as successor trustees who are not familiar nor qualified to administer the tasks they are being delegated. Additional benefits of an independent corporate trustee are to provide impartiality and objectivity among family members or beneficiaries who may have disagreements. We have the capability of stepping in right away to serve in a co-trustee or successor trustee role in the event of your incapacity or death.

Estate Settlement

We work tirelessly to collect, value, and administer all the assets in your estate as of your date of death. If a probate administration is necessary, we can work with your estate planning attorney to open a probate. If your estate requires the filing of Estate Tax or Income Tax returns, we work with tax professionals to prepare and file all required tax filings. We have vast experience in administering all types of assets including, but not limited to, real estate, marketable securities, farmland, limited liability interests, collectibles, partnership interests, rental properties, and personal property.
