    Regulation E contains rules that banks must follow regarding transactions done electronically. These rules protect consumers by providing them with a way to recover on-line banking losses when the losses are reported to the bank within certain time frames.

    If you think your statement is wrong, you must contact Flagship Bank Minnesota no later than 60 days after it sent you the first statement on which the problem or error appears. After 60 days, you could be liable for the full amount. Please contact your banker if you have further questions about how Regulation E applies to your account.
